All rates are inclusive of parking, gas and electric, barbecue, hot tub, linen and towels, freeview tv/dvd, fishing and use of the shared 150 acre grounds with stream and lake.

There will be a welcome pack available on arrival with all the kitchen essentials including washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea and biscuits.

VAT is included in all prices. Please phone or email if you have any special requirements such as high chairs etc.

*Christmas and New Year prices are based on Peak Season rates.

All dates are based on Saturday of the relevant week commencing.
