Ground Floor
The main hall leads onto a sitting room with french doors that open out to the mature garden area. The living room and well equipped open-plan kitchen incorporates a gas Aga cooker and large breakfast area. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor as well as an accompanying cloakroom/WC.
First Floor
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin room. The first double bedroom contains a deluxe sleigh bed and the twin room incorporates and en suite bathroom. On this floor there is also a separate bathroom with shower cubicle.
